Distribution - Who gets What?

Now more than ever companies are looking for their data to be available on tap and in multiple formats. Delivery to individuals may require standard reports to be aggregated or filtered pending security rights and the level of detail required. New reports be may required for individuals or groups and a distribution format should be utilized which delivers this. Reports may be delivered through software tool, email, web portals, internet etc and reports should be developed with this in mind i.e. nobody wants to wait 10 minutes for a report to load. Design the reports bearing in mind the delivery format.
